PRISMA 2020 Systematic Review in Obstetrics
PRISMA 2020-compliant systematic review, end-to-end
The Challenge

A clinician-researcher needed to conduct a high-quality systematic review on a rare obstetrics condition for publication. The researcher lacked methodological bandwidth to handle dual-reviewer screening, GRADE certainty assessment, and the substantial writing load required for a PRISMA 2020-compliant manuscript.

Our Approach

We developed a focused PICO framework and conducted a Cochrane-quality search strategy. Dual-reviewer screening was performed using Rayyan with a complete audit log. Data extraction followed standardised forms. Risk-of-bias appraisal used appropriate Cochrane tools. GRADE certainty assessment was performed for each outcome. The manuscript followed PRISMA 2020 guidelines with flow diagram and checklist. Full submission support was provided.

The Solution
Complete systematic review support enabling the clinician-researcher to focus on clinical expertise while ensuring methodological rigour.
The Result

A submission-ready manuscript was delivered with complete supplementary documentation including PRISMA checklist, flow diagram, and GRADE profiles. The clinician-author retained first and senior authorship throughout. Science Habitat was appropriately acknowledged in the manuscript per ICMJE guidelines.

Conclusion
Specialised evidence synthesis support enables clinician-researchers to produce high-quality systematic reviews without diverting time from clinical duties.
